Polerskive KWB Hjulbørste 604330

The KWB Wheel brush 604330 is a flexible nylon polishing disc with aluminium oxide abrasive, 75 mm in diameter and a 6 mm shank. Supplied in a blister pack, this blue polishing disc is designed for fine sanding, cleaning and removing paint, varnish and welding discolouration on a variety of materials. Its construction allows work on narrow edges, frames, grilles and curved surfaces while also being suitable for surfacing wood and treating stainless steel, light alloys and non‑ferrous metals.

Advantages

The wheel brush combines flexible nylon filaments with aluminium oxide grit for controlled, fine material removal without aggressive cutting. Its 6 mm shank fits standard rotary tools and die grinders, and the compact 75 mm diameter is convenient for access to confined or curved areas. The blue abrasive is suitable for both metal and wood, providing a uniform finish and reliable wear resistance for repeated use.

How to use

Fit the 6 mm shank of the KWB Wheel brush into the collet of a compatible rotary tool or die grinder and secure it according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Run the tool at an appropriate speed for the workpiece material—moderate speeds for fine sanding and cleaning, lower speeds for delicate wood work—and apply light, even pressure while moving the brush across the surface. Keep the brush in motion to avoid overheating or gouging the material. Inspect the surface frequently and stop to clean debris from the brush if needed.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment: safety glasses, dust mask and gloves. Test the brush on a small inconspicuous area before full‑scale use to confirm compatibility with the material and desired finish. Do not use on energized electrical equipment and avoid excessive pressure or high speeds that could damage the workpiece or the brush.
