Microperforations along both edges allow clean removal of the sprocket hole strips. Contents: 400 3-part sheets per box.

Advantages

High-quality carbonless paper eliminates the need for carbon inserts while producing clear, legible copies. Pre-punched copies simplify filing and storage. Edge microperforations ensure easy detachment of sprocket strips without tearing the document. The paper weights for top sheet and copies are chosen to ensure good print contrast and reliable printer performance, especially in dot-matrix printers.

How to use

Load the continuous stationery into the tractor-feed path of your dot-matrix printer according to the printer manufacturer's instructions, aligning the sprocket holes with the tractor pins. Print your form using the appropriate template or form feed settings. After printing, remove the paper by tearing along the microperforations to separate the sprocket hole strips and detach individual sets along any form perforations as needed. File the pre-punched copy sheets in binders or folders.

Recommendations

Store the paper flat in a dry environment to avoid moisture-related feeding issues. Use template settings matched to 12" x 240 mm format and check printer feed alignment before printing large runs to reduce the risk of misfeeds or printing errors.
