Rackdæksel EFB Elektronik PRO-DCH82B.GR

The EFB Elektronik PRO-DCH82B.GR rack cover is designed for 800 mm wide and 1200 mm deep network cabinets. Constructed from durable steel with a grey finish, this 40 mm high cover provides a low-profile protective top for racks, helping to reduce dust ingress and protect installed equipment from physical damage while maintaining a neat appearance.

Advantages

The steel construction offers mechanical strength and long service life while the compact 40 mm height preserves vertical space inside and around the cabinet. The grey coating delivers a uniform, neutral look that integrates with most equipment and cabinet colours. Designed specifically for 800 x 1200 mm cabinets, the cover aligns with standard rack dimensions for easy installation and secure fit.

Suitable for

• 800 mm wide, 1200 mm deep network racks and server cabinets
• Data centers and server rooms requiring dust protection
• Telecommunications and network cabinets in office or industrial environments
• Enclosures where a low-profile top cover is needed to preserve clearance

Key specifications

• Material: Steel
• Width: 800 mm
• Depth: 1200 mm
• Height: 40 mm
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Place the cover on the top edges of an 800 x 1200 mm cabinet so the sides rest evenly on the cabinet frame. Ensure the cover sits flush and check that any front-to-rear or side-to-side clearances remain adequate for cable routing and ventilation. If required, secure the cover to the cabinet using the cabinet’s existing top fixings or compatible fasteners to prevent displacement in environments with vibration or airflow.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the cover on cabinets that match the specified 800 mm width and 1200 mm depth. Keep ventilation openings in the cabinet unobstructed and inspect the cover periodically for signs of corrosion or damage if installed in harsh environments. Use appropriate grounding practices if the cabinet requires earthing continuity.
