Ringbind Herlitz 10842383

The Herlitz 10842383 ring binder is a durable A3-size folder designed to store and organise large-format documents. Finished in black with a 7.5 cm spine, this binder accommodates a substantial volume of papers while keeping pages flat and accessible. Its construction balances rigidity and ease of handling, making it suitable for regular office, school or home use where A3 documents must be kept neat and protected.

Advantages

This A3 ring binder offers a wide spine that holds many sheets without excessive bulk. The black cover provides a professional, unobtrusive appearance that integrates with a range of filing systems. The binder is designed for repeated use: corners and edges resist deformation and the rings open and close reliably for secure page retention. Its format helps protect documents from creasing and wear during storage and transport.

Suitable for

• Storing A3 drawings, posters and large-format reports
• Organising student coursework and project portfolios
• Keeping office presentations and reference materials in one place
• Archiving engineering plans, diagrams and design drafts

Key specifications

• Format: A3 document capacity
• Spine width: 7.5 cm for increased sheet capacity
• Colour: black for a neutral, professional look
• Closure: standard ring mechanism for secure holding of punched sheets
• Construction: rigid covers designed to protect contents from bending

How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert punched A3 sheets or plastic sleeves. Close the rings until they click to ensure pages are held securely. When removing or rearranging pages, open the rings fully to avoid damaging the punched holes. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer to prevent warping; label the spine if you need quick identification among several binders.

Recommendations

For long-term storage of important A3 documents, place sheets in protective sleeves before inserting them into the binder. Avoid overfilling beyond the recommended capacity of the 7.5 cm spine to preserve ring alignment and cover shape. Keep the binder closed when transporting to reduce exposure to moisture and accidental bending.
