How to use

Install the display outside the designated room at eye level using the recommended wall-mount hardware. Connect the device to the workplace network and integrate it with the organisation’s scheduling system according to the system documentation. Use the touch interface for on-site bookings, check-in or manual status updates. Regularly verify network connection and scheduling integration to ensure displayed information remains current.

Recommendations

Position the displays near doorways at a comfortable viewing height and ensure network access is stable to maintain up-to-date scheduling information. For consistent appearance and ease of use, deploy all six units in similar locations and configure the scheduling system with clear room names and visible colour-coded status indicators.
