Rundstråleantenne DeLOCK 12445

The DeLOCK 12445 is an omni-directional antenna designed for use in the TETRA frequency range (450–470 MHz). With a gain of 5 dBi, 50 Ω impedance and 50 W power handling, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The antenna measures 366 mm in height and is finished in black.

Advantages

The omni-directional pattern provides uniform coverage around the antenna, simplifying placement. A gain of 5 dBi balances range and radiation pattern for reliable reception and transmission in mobile radio applications. Robust 50 W power handling and standard 50 Ω impedance make the antenna compatible with common radio equipment.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Extending TETRA radio coverage in buildings
• Outdoor base or relay points for TETRA systems
• Vehicle or fixed installations requiring omni-directional coverage
• Use with radio equipment expecting 50 Ω impedance

Key specifications

• Model: DeLOCK 12445
• Frequency band: 0.45 - 0.47 GHz (450–470 MHz)
• Gain: 5 dBi
• Impedance: 50 Ω
• Power handling: 50 W
• Height: 366 mm
• Colour: Black
• Type: Omni-directional antenna

How to use

Mount the antenna in a location that provides the desired omni-directional coverage and secure it according to the mounting hardware supplied or compatible mounts. Connect to radio equipment with a matching 50 Ω feedline and appropriate connector. Verify orientation and clearances from nearby metallic objects to avoid detuning. Perform a radio check to confirm adequate signal strength and adjust placement if necessary.

Recommendations

Use appropriate lightning protection and weatherproofing for outdoor installations. Ensure connectors and cables are rated for the operating frequency and power. For best results, maintain a clear line of sight where possible and avoid close proximity to large metal structures that may affect performance.
