Sekskantmøtrik Fischer 79735

The Fischer 79735 hexagon nuts are manufactured to DIN 934 standards and supplied in a pack of 100 pieces. These hex nuts are designed for general fastening tasks in construction, mechanical assembly and maintenance where reliable thread engagement and uniform clamping force are required. The simple, proven hexagon form provides six flat wrenching surfaces for easy tightening and removal with standard tools.

Advantages

Hexagon nut Fischer 79735 offers consistent thread quality and dimensional accuracy that supports secure fastening. The standardized geometry allows compatibility with common bolts and threaded rods, while the pack quantity ensures availability for larger jobs or repetitive assembly work. Their robust design resists deformation under typical torque values used in construction and engineering applications.

Key specifications

• Shape: Hexagon nut with six wrenching surfaces
• Standards: Designed to DIN 934 geometric specifications
• Package quantity: 100 pieces per pack
• Application: Internal metric thread for use with compatible bolts and threaded rods
• Use environment: Suitable for typical indoor construction and engineering conditions

How to use

Select a nut size that matches the bolt or threaded rod thread pitch and diameter. Thread the nut onto the bolt by hand until finger-tight, then use an appropriate wrench or socket to apply the final torque according to the assembly specifications or material requirements. When reusing nuts, inspect threads and bearing surfaces for wear or damage and replace if any signs of deformation or galling are present.

Recommendations

For reliable connections, tighten to the torque values specified for the bolt grade and diameter in your assembly guidelines. Use thread-locking compound or a suitable washer if vibration resistance or additional preload control is required. Store the nuts in a dry area to prevent corrosion prior to installation.
