Adjust the stand height between 0 and 150 mm and enable Low Blue Light or Flicker-Free modes in the on-screen settings as needed. The ambient light sensor can remain active to let the display automatically adapt brightness to room conditions.

Recommendations

For an ergonomic and efficient setup, use the monitor at eye level with minimal downward tilt, enable the ambient light sensor, and connect peripherals via USB Type-C where possible to reduce desk clutter. For multi-monitor workstations, daisy-chain displays with DisplayPort-out to simplify cabling and ensure consistent colour and performance across screens.
