Skærmfilter 2D Port Designs 900003

The Port Designs Privacy Filter 2D is a frameless privacy filter made for 14" laptops with a 16:9 aspect ratio. It limits side viewing to protect confidential information on LCD screens while remaining thin and durable. The filter also offers anti-glare properties and adds a layer of protection against scratches, dirt and minor shocks. Weighing 45 g and easy to install and remove, it is suitable for mobile work and travel.

Advantages

This privacy filter restricts lateral viewing beyond approximately 30° so only the person directly in front of the screen can see the content. The frameless design keeps the visual profile slim and unobtrusive, while the lightweight construction makes it convenient to carry and reposition repeatedly. Additional anti-glare coating improves screen visibility in bright environments, and the filter provides basic scratch and dirt protection.

How to use

Clean the laptop screen surface, align the frameless filter with the display edges and attach it following the included mounting method (adhesive tabs or slide-in system depending on the package). To share the screen, peel off or remove the filter and reposition it when finished. The filter can be installed, removed and repositioned repeatedly without affecting its function.

Recommendations

For optimal privacy, ensure the filter is fitted flush to the screen and replace mounting tabs if they lose adhesion. Avoid using strong solvents when cleaning the filter; use a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild screen-cleaning solution.
