Skraldenøgle KS Tools 130.0222

The KS Tools 130.0222 ratchet wrench is a compact hand tool made from durable steel and certified to DIN 3120 and ISO 1174 standards. With a net weight of approximately 120 g and supplied as a single piece, this ratchet wrench combines light weight with robust construction for reliable torque transfer in confined workspaces. The straight handle and fine-tooth ratchet mechanism support precise fastening and loosening of nuts and bolts across a range of routine mechanical tasks.

Advantages

The ratchet wrench offers a high strength-to-weight ratio due to its steel construction, providing durability without excessive bulk. Compliance with DIN 3120 and ISO 1174 ensures dimensional accuracy and consistent performance when used with compatible sockets. Its compact size and 120 g weight aid manoeuvrability in tight or overhead locations, while the fine-tooth gearing allows for small return angles and improved control during tightening and loosening operations.

Suitable for

• Automotive maintenance and repair tasks in confined engine bays
• Assembly and disassembly of machinery and equipment
• General workshop fastening where a compact ratchet is needed
• DIY projects requiring precise torque application and frequent directional changes

Key specifications

• Material: durable steel construction
• Standards: manufactured to DIN 3120 and ISO 1174 specifications
• Weight: approximately 120 g
• Pack: single piece supply
• Design: compact straight-handle ratchet with fine-tooth mechanism for small return angles

How to use

Select a compatible socket that fits the fastener size and attach it securely to the drive. Position the ratchet squarely on the fastener head, set the desired drive direction, and apply steady, controlled force to turn the wrench. Use short movements when working in restricted spaces to take advantage of the fine-tooth gearing. Inspect the tool and socket for wear before use and replace any worn components to maintain safe and accurate operation.

Recommendations

For long service life, keep the ratchet mechanism clean and lightly lubricated; avoid excessive side loading on the drive to prevent premature wear. Use the tool within its mechanical limits and with appropriately sized sockets to ensure safe and effective operation.
