Skruetrækker-bitsæt Wiha 41625

The Wiha 41625 screwdriver bit set contains five high-quality Phillips PH 2 bits with a length of 50 mm and a 1/4" hexagonal shank. Made in Germany, these bits are designed for durability and precise screw engagement. The set follows Wiha's bit concept where screw shape determines the correct bit, and the bits feature a patented torsion zone for use with power tools and impact drivers. A fluorescent coating and blue marking make the bits easy to find, even under UV light.

Advantages

The bits are optimised for the screw head shape, which simplifies selection and ensures correct fit. A patented torsion zone increases resistance to breakage and allows safe use with impact screwdrivers and power tools, offering up to 120× the lifespan compared to Wiha standard bits. The blue fluorescent marking improves visibility and reduces loss of bits, helping to lower replacement costs and downtime.

How to use

Select the PH2 bit for compatible Phillips screws and insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, ratchet or power/impact driver. Apply steady pressure and keep the driver aligned with the screw axis to ensure correct engagement. The torsion zone absorbs peak loads when using power tools; nevertheless, avoid excessive torque beyond the screw and tool specifications.

Recommendations

Store bits in their case or a visible holder to take advantage of the fluorescent coating; inspect bits periodically for wear and replace if the tip shows deformation to maintain safe and accurate screwdriving.
