Skruetrækkerbit-sæt Wiha 42129

The Wiha 42129 screwdriver bit set consists of five Torx T15 bits with a 1/4" shank and a length of 49 mm. Designed for precision and durability, the set is suitable for use with manual screwdrivers as well as power tools and impact drivers thanks to a patented torsion zone that increases service life significantly. The fluorescent coating on the coloured bits makes them easy to locate, including under UV light.

Advantages

The Wiha TY bit design allows a single bit to engage both T-shaped and Y-shaped screws, simplifying bit selection by focusing only on screw shape. The patented torsion zone provides enhanced durability and compatibility with impact applications, offering a markedly longer lifetime than standard bits. Colour coding with a fluorescent finish improves visibility and reduces loss.

How to use

Select the T15 Wiha bit and insert the 1/4" shank into the screwdriver or bit holder until it seats securely. Engage the screw head with the bit tip, keeping the tool aligned with the screw axis to avoid cam-out. For power or impact drivers, use torque settings appropriate to the fastener and material; the torsion zone allows safe use with impact settings while reducing bit stress.

Recommendations

Store bits in a dedicated holder to keep the colour coding visible and reduce loss. When using with power tools, choose correct torque and speed to maximise bit lifespan despite the torsion zone's improved durability.
