Slangesamler Gardena 7110-20

The Gardena 7110-20 hose connector is a durable brass coupling designed to join standard garden hoses quickly and securely. With an outer diameter of approximately 4.2 cm, the connector creates a stable, low-leakage connection for watering and irrigation tasks. Its corrosion-resistant brass construction offers long-term performance in outdoor conditions and frequent use.

Advantages

The brass construction provides enhanced strength and resistance to corrosion compared with many plastic alternatives, helping to prolong service life. The connector is designed for a tight fit that reduces water loss at the joint and maintains reliable water flow. Installation and removal are straightforward and do not require special tools, making the product convenient for both occasional gardeners and regular irrigation maintenance.

Suitable for

• Connecting garden hoses for watering lawns and borders
• Linking hoses to irrigation systems and sprinklers
• Temporary or permanent hose joins for greenhouse or allotment use

Key specifications

• Material: brass (corrosion-resistant)
• Approximate outer diameter: 4.2 cm
• Compatibility: standard garden hoses with matching diameter
• Connection type: push/press-fit hose coupling for quick assembly
• Intended use: outdoor garden watering and irrigation

How to use

Ensure hose ends are clean and cut squarely before connection. Push the hose onto the connector until it seats firmly; if fitted with an integrated clamp or collar, secure according to the product design to ensure a watertight joint. Check the connection under low water pressure first to confirm the fit, then increase pressure to normal operating levels. For disassembly, release any collar or clamping mechanism and withdraw the hose from the connector.

Recommendations

For best results, inspect the connector periodically for signs of wear or corrosion and replace if sealing performance degrades. Use with hoses that match the connector diameter and avoid excessive bending or torque at the joint to prolong lifetime. In freezing conditions, drain connected hoses and store the connector indoors to prevent damage.
