Sømpistol Stanley TRE650

The Stanley TRE650 Nailer is an AC-powered nailing tool with a straight magazine design and a 2.4 m power cable. Built for steady, repetitive nailing tasks, it combines a compact form factor with the brand’s characteristic black and yellow finish. The tool delivers consistent driving depth and is suitable for installation, light construction and finishing work where a corded power source is available.

Advantages

The straight magazine improves access in tight spaces and allows for a predictable nail feed during continuous operation. The 2.4 m cable gives extended reach from the power source without the need for frequent repositioning. Its corded AC operation provides stable power delivery for uniform nail penetration and less performance variation compared with battery-powered alternatives. The tool’s ergonomic balance and straightforward controls support longer use with maintained accuracy.

How to use

Connect the nailer to a suitable AC outlet using the integrated 2.4 m cable. Load the straight magazine with compatible nails according to the magazine capacity and alignment marks. Position the nose of the tool against the workpiece, ensuring the contact tip is properly seated. Depress the safety tip (if present) and pull the trigger to drive a nail. For sequential nailing, keep the trigger depressed while repositioning the tool; for single-shot operation, release and reapply pressure before each actuation. After use, disconnect from the power source and clear the magazine following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

Use nails specified for straight-magazine finishing nailers and verify length and gauge compatibility before operation. Wear appropriate eye and hearing protection during use. Avoid pulling the tool by the cable and keep the cord away from the work area to prevent entanglement or damage. For best results, test on scrap material to set depth and check nail alignment before starting the main task.
