Spændingstester-skruetrækker Cimco 111288

The Cimco 111288 voltage tester screwdriver is a compact handheld tool for quick detection of presence of AC voltage in circuits, sockets and wiring. Its transparent handle provides visibility of the internal neon indicator and contact components, while the metallic shaft and tip enable reliable conduction for testing. The tool is designed for single-handed operation and basic voltage checks in domestic and light commercial electrical work.

Advantages

The tester screwdriver combines a clear handle for visual inspection with a robust metallic shaft for durable contact and consistent performance. Its slim shape and insulated grip allow access to confined points, while the built-in indicator provides an immediate visual signal when voltage is present. The simple construction minimizes maintenance and makes the tool easy to store and carry.

Suitable for

• Quick presence checks of AC voltage in outlets and switches
• Testing wiring and terminal connections during repairs
• Basic troubleshooting by electricians and DIY users
• Verifying live conductors before carrying out non-contact work

Key specifications

• Type: voltage tester screwdriver with neon indicator
• Handle: transparent plastic for internal visibility
• Construction: metallic shaft and tip for electrical contact
• Operation: single-handed contact tester suitable for AC voltage detection
• Grip: insulated handle designed for user comfort

How to use

To perform a voltage check, hold the insulated handle and insert the metallic tip into the contact point or gently touch the conductor. Place a fingertip on the exposed contact at the end of the handle if required by the tester design to complete the circuit. Observe the neon indicator in the transparent handle: illumination indicates the presence of AC voltage. Remove the tester after reading and store it in a dry place. Always ensure the tool is intact and the handle insulation is not damaged before use.

Recommendations

Use this voltage tester screwdriver for preliminary, non-precise detection of live AC circuits. It is not a substitute for insulated testers with specified measurement ranges or multimeters when precise voltage values, polarity, or safety-rated testing is required. Follow standard electrical safety practices: de-energize circuits when possible, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and verify tool condition prior to use.
