Stand Honeywell EDA52-RB-0

The Honeywell EDA52-RB-0 Booth is an accessory designed specifically for the ScanPal EDA52 mobile computer. It provides a secure and stable platform that holds the device in an upright position, ensuring easy access to the screen, ports and control buttons while keeping the device protected from accidental falls and surface wear. The booth supports workflows that require frequent device pickup and return, maintaining visibility and readiness of the ScanPal EDA52 without occupying handheld operator attention.

Advantages

The booth offers a tailored fit for the ScanPal EDA52, ensuring a snug and stable hold that reduces the risk of slips or damage. Its construction provides a balance between protection and accessibility: users can view the display and reach controls without removing the device from the booth. The product helps organize workstations by providing a fixed docking point and reduces device handling time in busy retail, warehouse or field environments.

Suitable for

• Retail point-of-sale counters where quick scanning and replenishment are needed
• Warehouse picking stations and packing areas requiring frequent device use
• Service and field dispatch desks where devices must remain visible and ready
• Inventory control points that benefit from stable device mounting and easy access

Key specifications

• Compatibility: designed for use with the ScanPal EDA52 mobile computer
• Mounting orientation: upright cradle for clear screen visibility
• Material: durable housing engineered for repeated docking and removal
• Accessibility: open access to display, buttons and charging/data ports while docked
• Stability: anti-slip base or footprint to reduce movement on flat surfaces

How to use

Place the Booth on a flat, stable surface and position the ScanPal EDA52 into the cradle so that the device sits securely with the screen facing outward. Ensure the device aligns with any guides or stops in the booth to prevent wobbling. If the booth permits cable connections, route the charging or data cable to the device before final placement to maintain continuous power or connectivity. Regularly check that the booth remains firmly seated and free of debris that could interfere with secure seating.

Recommendations

Use the booth in environments with moderate ambient conditions and avoid exposing it to excessive moisture, dust or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Periodically inspect the contact surfaces for wear and clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not use aggressive solvents. For optimal device life, dock and undock the ScanPal EDA52 by aligning it gently rather than forcing it into position.
