Stikdåse Hikvision DS-1280ZJ-DM25

The Hikvision DS-1280ZJ-DM25 junction box is a compact mounting accessory designed to provide stable mechanical support and neat cable routing for security cameras. Finished in white, the unit accommodates dome and bullet-style cameras within its specified load capacity and helps protect connections from exposure. The design balances a minimal footprint with accessible internal space to simplify installation and maintenance.

Advantages

The junction box offers reliable structural support for cameras up to the stated maximum weight, reducing stress on mounting points and improving long-term stability. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for installations where space is limited, while the white finish blends with many building exteriors and interiors. Internal routing space helps conceal cables and connectors, producing a cleaner installation appearance and reducing exposure to environmental factors.

Suitable for

• Wall or ceiling mounting of compatible security cameras
• Indoor camera installations with limited mounting space
• Outdoor installations where basic protection for cable connections is required
• Retrofit projects where existing mounts need a compact junction solution

Key specifications

• Maximum load capacity: 4.5 kg
• Outer dimensions (W × D × H): 178.5 mm × 164 mm × 41 mm
• Color: white
• Unit type: single piece junction box for camera mounting
• Compatibility: designed for use with compatible CCTV cameras and mounts

How to use

Mount the junction box to a suitable flat surface using appropriate fasteners for the substrate and environment. Feed camera cables through the provided internal space and secure connectors inside the box to protect them from direct exposure. Attach the camera to the box following the camera manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the combined weight does not exceed the specified maximum capacity. After positioning and tightening the camera, verify alignment and cable strain relief before completing the installation.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners for outdoor installations and verify that the mounting surface can support the total installed weight. Confirm compatibility of the camera base with the junction box before installation and apply appropriate sealing at cable entry points when additional environmental protection is required.
