Strømforsyning MEAN WELL NDR-75-12

The MEAN WELL NDR-75-12 is a metallic DIN-rail power supply delivering 75.6 W of output power. It accepts a wide AC input range (90–264 V, 47–63 Hz), includes full-range universal input and is designed for reliable continuous operation with an MTBF of 486,200 hours. The compact unit measures 32 mm (W) × 102 mm (D) × 125.2 mm (H) and is certified to UL 508 and TUV EN60950-1 safety standards.

Advantages

This power supply offers universal AC input for use with different mains voltages and passive cooling by free air convection, eliminating the need for fans. Built-in protections cover short circuit, overload, over-voltage and over-temperature conditions. It is suitable for DIN-rail TS-35/7.5 or 15 mounting and each unit undergoes a 100% full-load burn-in test to ensure consistent performance.

Suitable for

• Industrial control cabinets and automation systems
• DIN-rail mounted equipment and electrical panels
• Embedded systems requiring stable 12 V power

How to use

Install the unit on a TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15 DIN rail inside an electrical enclosure. Connect the AC mains input (90–264 V AC) to the designated input terminals and the 12 V DC output to the load following the polarity markings. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for convection cooling and follow local wiring regulations and the manufacturer’s safety instructions during installation.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, keep the ambient temperature within the manufacturer’s specified range, avoid blocking ventilation paths, and ensure proper fuse or circuit protection on the AC input. Use in environments that comply with the unit’s safety certifications and perform periodic inspections as part of routine maintenance.
