Strømstikadapter LogiLink PA0248 hvid

The Power Plug Adapter LogiLink PA0248 White is a compact socket adapter with an integrated light and PIR motion sensor for automatic switching of connected devices. It is designed for AC input of 230 V and a current rating of 16 A. The adapter fits into a standard wall outlet and accepts the plug of the device to be powered, such as a lamp. When ambient light is below approximately 5 lux and the PIR sensor detects motion within its 100° detection angle at distances up to 8 m, the socket is switched on, providing automatic illumination in corridors, staircases, garages and similar locations.

Advantages

The LogiLink PA0248 combines a motion sensor and light-sensitive switching in one compact unit, eliminating the need for separate sensors or wiring changes. Installation is plug-and-play: insert the adapter into a socket and connect the appliance. The device supports up to 16 A and operates at the standard 230 V mains voltage. With a 100° detection angle and an 8 m range, it reliably senses movement in typical residential and utility areas.

How to use

Plug the LogiLink PA0248 into a standard wall socket and insert the plug of the device you wish to control into the adapter. The adapter monitors ambient light and motion; if the light level is below about 5 lux and movement is detected within the sensor’s range, the adapter switches the socket on automatically. Remove the appliance plug to disconnect power or unplug the adapter from the wall socket if needed.

Recommendations

Install the adapter in a location with a clear line of sight for the PIR sensor and away from direct light sources that could raise ambient brightness. Use with lamps or appliances that do not exceed the specified 16 A rating. For reliable detection, place the adapter at a height and angle where expected movement passes through the sensor’s 100° field.
