Tangetang Cimco 104020

The Cimco 104020 pliers set combines ESD protection with ergonomic design to support safe and precise work on electronic components and fine mechanical assemblies. The set includes multiple pliers types with black and red handles shaped for grip and comfort, made to withstand regular professional use while allowing controlled, delicate operations. Materials and insulation are selected to reduce electrostatic discharge risk and to offer reliable mechanical performance over time.

Advantages

The ESD-protected surfaces reduce the risk of electrostatic damage when working with sensitive circuits and components. Ergonomic black and red handles provide improved grip and reduce hand fatigue during extended tasks. Precision-ground jaws and durable joint construction ensure consistent performance and accurate manipulation of wires, terminals and small parts. The compact set is suitable for use on benches and in mobile tool kits.

Suitable for

• Assembly and repair of electronic devices and circuit boards
• Wire stripping, bending and cutting in small electronics projects
• Precision mechanical adjustments and small-part handling
• Hobbyist model work and professional service tasks involving sensitive components

Key specifications

• ESD-protected tool surfaces to minimise electrostatic discharge
• Ergonomic two-colour handles for improved grip and comfort
• Precision-machined jaws for fine work and accurate cutting
• Durable joint construction for long-term stability and repeatable performance
• Compact set suitable for bench or portable tool kits

How to use

Select the appropriate pliers from the set for the task — for example, use long-nose pliers for reach and precision, diagonal cutters for cutting soft wires, and combination pliers for gripping and bending. Hold the tool by its insulated handle, position the jaws around the workpiece, and apply steady controlled pressure. For ESD-sensitive operations, ensure you and your workspace are properly grounded in addition to using ESD-protected tools. Regularly inspect jaws and cutting edges for wear and keep the tools clean and lightly oiled at pivot points to maintain smooth operation.

Recommendations

Use the Cimco 104020 pliers set within its intended applications: avoid cutting hardened steel or using the pliers as hammers. Store the tools in a dry place and perform periodic maintenance to preserve ESD protection and mechanical accuracy. When working with static-sensitive electronics, complement the tools with grounding wrist straps and ESD-safe mats for full protection.
