Topnøglesæt KS Tools 911.1376

The KS Tools 911.1376 socket set is a 1/2" drive Torx tamperproof bit socket made in Germany. Constructed for common workshop and maintenance tasks, the socket combines a compact 55 mm length and a 2.2 cm diameter with a lightweight 90 g profile to facilitate access in confined spaces and reduce user fatigue during repetitive operations. The unit is designed for use with 1/2" drives and provides the security profile required for tamperproof Torx fasteners.

Advantages

This KS Tools bit socket offers corrosion-resistant workmanship and dimensional precision suitable for accurate torque transfer. Its compact dimensions and low weight make it convenient for handheld ratchets, torque wrenches, and impact drivers compatible with 1/2" drive interfaces. The tamperproof Torx profile ensures secure engagement with security fasteners while reducing the risk of rounding or slippage.

Suitable for

• Automotive repair and maintenance where tamperproof Torx fasteners are used
• Industrial assembly and disassembly of secured components
• Electromechanical service tasks requiring a 1/2" drive interface
• Maintenance work in confined or hard-to-reach spaces

Key specifications

• Drive size: 1/2"
• Tip type: Torx tamperproof (security Torx)
• Length: 55 mm
• Outer diameter: 22 mm
• Weight: 90 g
• Manufacturing origin: Germany

How to use

Select the appropriate tamperproof Torx size that matches the fastener head, insert the socket onto a compatible 1/2" ratchet or extension, and engage the security pin into the fastener recess before applying torque. Apply steady, controlled force and avoid excessive impact when using non-impact-rated hand tools. For torque-critical applications, use a calibrated torque wrench and follow the fastener manufacturer’s torque specifications.

Recommendations

Inspect the socket and fastener for wear or damage before use. Clean mating surfaces and ensure the security pin aligns correctly to prevent slippage. Store the socket in a dry environment to protect the finish and maintain dimensional accuracy.
