Trådforbindelse RJ-45 DeLOCK 86473

The DeLOCK 86473 RJ-45 wire connector is a transparent, crimp-and-cut plug designed for fast and reliable network cable terminations. It supports a workflow where conductors are guided to the front of the connector, enabling visual checking of the wiring order while keeping the twisted pairs close to the contact area to preserve signal integrity. Each pack contains 20 connectors in a polybag; the compact dimensions (14 mm × 22.2 mm × 11.7 mm) suit common Ethernet cabling tasks.

Advantages

The connector allows all eight conductors to be contacted simultaneously during crimping and trims excess cable ends in one action, saving time during installation. The front-lead design makes it easier to verify wiring order before crimping, and maintaining the twist close to the connector improves electrical performance. An extended curved latch reduces the risk of latch damage when the plug is pulled out.

Suitable for

• Terminating stranded or solid Ethernet cables with RJ-45 compatible crimps
• Small to medium network installation and repair tasks
• Field technicians and IT maintenance where quick visual verification of wiring is needed

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket to expose the eight conductors and arrange them in the required wiring order. Insert the conductors into the connector so they lead to the front and the twisted pairs remain as close to the contact area as possible. Use a compatible Crimp+Cut tool to crimp the plug; the tool will press the contacts onto the conductors and cut off any excess conductor ends in a single operation.

Recommendations

Use a crimping tool specified for Crimp+Cut RJ-45 plugs and check compatibility with the cable type (solid or stranded). Inspect the wiring visually before crimping and avoid excessive cable jacket removal to maintain pair twist near the connector for optimal signal performance.
