Trådforbinder DeLOCK 86466

The DeLOCK 86466 wire connector allows two network cables without plugs to be joined to extend or repair network cabling. It features two LSA connectors in a compact stainless steel housing and is compatible with Cat6 cable standards.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides durability and reliable mechanical protection for the connection. Two integrated LSA connectors ensure tool-compatible termination of copper conductors and support Cat6 performance. The compact dimensions (28 mm × 59.7 mm × 14.5 mm) make the connector suitable for installations with limited space.

Suitable for

• Extending Cat6 network cables
• Repairing damaged network cable sections
• Temporary or permanent inline connections in wiring ducts or cabinets

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 86466
• EAN: 4043619864669
• Connector type: 2 × LSA
• Cable standard: Cat6
• Material: stainless steel housing

How to use

Strip the outer sheath of each Cat6 cable to expose the individual conductors according to the LSA termination length. Insert the conductors into the LSA slots following the correct wiring order and terminate them with an appropriate LSA punch-down tool. Close or secure the connector as required by the product design to ensure a stable mechanical and electrical connection.

Recommendations

Use appropriate cable preparation tools and an LSA punch-down tool to achieve reliable terminations. Verify cable pairing and wiring order (TIA/EIA) before termination. For permanent installations, protect the connector from moisture and mechanical strain; for critical links, test the connection with appropriate network testers after installation.
