TP-Link CPE710 trådløst udendørs adgangspunkt – 5 GHz, 23 dBi, 867 Mbps, 802.11ac

The TP-Link CPE710 is an outdoor wireless access point operating on the 5 GHz band with a maximum data rate of 867 Mbps. Equipped with a professional 23 dBi directional Cassegrain antenna and a metal reflector, the unit provides focused long-range transmission, improved latency and enhanced resistance to noise. The device supports 802.11ac/a/n standards, PoE power delivery and a Gigabit Ethernet port for high-speed wired connectivity. It is supplied in compact, lightweight packaging for convenient shipping and handling.

Advantages

The integrated 23 dBi high-gain directional antenna and dedicated reflector deliver strong beam directivity for extended outdoor links, while 256 QAM and an 80 MHz channel width enable throughput up to 867 Mbps. The CPE710 offers centralized device management via Pharos Control and an alternative web-based PharOS interface for configuration, monitoring and firmware updates. PoE support and a single Gigabit RJ-45 port simplify installation and integration into existing networks.

Suitable for

• Point-to-point outdoor links over long distances
• Point-to-multipoint connections for remote access
• Outdoor CCTV backhaul and IP camera connectivity
• Wireless broadband distribution in rural or campus environments

How to use

Mount the CPE710 on an appropriate pole or mast with a clear line of sight toward the remote site. Connect power and network using the PoE injector (or PoE switch) to the Gigabit Ethernet port. Use Pharos Control on a PC or the PharOS web interface to discover the device, configure wireless mode (point-to-point or point-to-multipoint), set SSID and security (WPA2), and align the antenna for optimal signal strength. After configuration, monitor status and perform firmware updates through the centralized management tools.

Recommendations

For best long-range performance ensure unobstructed line of sight between endpoints, secure the unit against water ingress following outdoor installation guidelines, and use the Pharos Control system to schedule firmware updates and monitor link quality.
