Trådløst access point TP-Link EAP115-Wall 300Mbps 2.4GHz

The TP-Link EAP115-Wall is a 2.4 GHz Wireless N wall-plate access point that delivers up to 300 Mbps throughput in a slim, 11 mm white casing. Designed for business environments such as hotels, offices and schools, it supports 802.11b/g/n standards, WPA2 and RADIUS authentication and offers two Ethernet LAN ports with 10/100 Mbit/s speeds. Built-in 802.3af Power over Ethernet simplifies installation by allowing data and power over a single cable.

Advantages

The wall-plate form factor provides a discreet and space-saving installation directly on room junction boxes while maintaining full wireless coverage. PoE support removes the need for separate power outlets. Centralized management through Omada Cloud Controller or Omada Software Controller enables real-time monitoring and remote configuration. The Omada mobile app offers quick on-site setup and basic management from a smartphone or tablet.

Suitable for

• Hotel guest rooms for separate guest Wi‑Fi networks
• Office rooms and meeting spaces requiring reliable wireless access
• Classrooms and educational facilities with centralized management needs

Key specifications

• Wireless standard: IEEE 802.11b/g/n (2.4 GHz)
• Maximum data rate: 300 Mbit/s
• Ethernet LAN ports: 2 × RJ-45 (10/100 Mbit/s)
• Power: 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE)
• Antennas: 2 internal antennas
• Colour: White; thickness: 11 mm (casing)

How to use

Detach the faceplate of the room junction box using a screwdriver, then remove the faceplate of the access point. Connect an in-wall Ethernet cable to the Uplink+POE port on the EAP115-Wall. Secure the access point to the wall using the supplied nails, then press the faceplate back into position. If PoE is not available from the switch, use a compatible PoE injector. After physical installation, configure the device with Omada Software Controller, Omada Cloud Controller (OC200) or the Omada mobile app.

Recommendations

Place one EAP115-Wall per room for consistent signal strength and to provide each room with its own private SSID where required. Use Omada centralized management to apply security policies (WPA2, RADIUS) and monitor network performance. For best results, ensure the in-wall Ethernet cable and PoE source meet 802.3af specifications.
