Trykmanometer Aerotec model 9415451 — 1/4 inch udvendigt gevind

Aerotec pressure manometer model 9415451 features a mechanical display and a 1/4" external thread connection for direct installation into compatible pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The gauge provides an immediate analog reading of system pressure and is intended for environments where a threaded pressure port is available. Its compact mounting style and clear dial make it suitable for workshops, maintenance stations, and industrial equipment panels that require a robust, straightforward pressure indicator.

Advantages

The manometer uses a standard 1/4" external thread for secure, leak-minimised installation without additional adapters. Its mechanical construction delivers instant, power-free readings and a simple, durable design that is resistant to common workshop conditions. The dial and pointer arrangement allow quick visual assessment of system pressure, while the threaded connection ensures compatibility with many gauges ports and fittings used in pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.

Suitable for

• Workshop machinery and tools with a 1/4" pressure port
• Hydraulic test benches and pneumatic diagnostic lines
• Industrial equipment control panels requiring direct pressure indication
• Maintenance and servicing tasks where a threaded pressure gauge is preferred

Key specifications

• Connection type: 1/4" external (male) thread suitable for direct mounting
• Display type: Analog dial with pointer for direct pressure reading
• Mounting: Threaded installation into compatible ports or fittings
• Operation: Mechanical, does not require electrical power
• Intended media: Compatible with standard pneumatic and hydraulic fluids (verify material compatibility before use)

How to use

Before installation, ensure the system is depressurised and the thread size and type match the 1/4" external thread on the manometer. Wrap the male thread or apply an appropriate thread sealant where required by system practice, then screw the gauge into the port by hand and tighten with a suitable wrench without over-torquing to avoid damage. After installation, slowly pressurise the system and verify the gauge reads pressure smoothly and without leaks. For accurate monitoring, mount the gauge in a visible, vibration-minimised position and avoid locations subject to extreme temperature swings unless the gauge specification permits.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the threaded connection and dial for signs of leakage, corrosion, or mechanical damage. Calibrate or compare readings against a reference standard at service intervals appropriate for your application. Use suitable thread sealants and mounting torque as recommended for your system to maintain a reliable seal and prevent damage to the gauge or port.
