USB-kabel DeLOCK 85177 USB 2.0 0,5 m sort

The DeLOCK 85177 USB cable is a 0.5 m USB 2.0 cable with USB-A connectors on both ends. It features EASY-USB male connectors that can be inserted into a USB-A female port in either orientation, allowing easier and faster plugging. Gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and resistance to corrosion, while the black jacket provides a neutral, unobtrusive appearance for everyday device connections.

Advantages

Reversible EASY-USB male connectors allow insertion in both directions, reducing fumbling when connecting devices. Compliance with USB 2.0 provides a stable transfer rate up to 0.48 Gbit/s. Gold-plated contacts ensure reliable signal transmission and enhanced durability. The compact 0.5 m length keeps cable clutter to a minimum for desktop or portable use.

Suitable for

• Connecting external drives and peripherals with USB-A ports
• Short cable runs between PC and nearby devices
• Use with chargers or hubs that accept USB-A connections

How to use

Align the EASY-USB male connector with the USB-A female port and insert the plug; the reversible design permits insertion in either orientation. Use the cable for data transfer or power between two USB-A devices or between a computer and a peripheral. Avoid force when inserting or removing the connector and route the cable to prevent sharp bends that could damage the jacket or conductors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable for short-distance connections up to 0.5 m and keep contacts free of dust. While suitable for USB 2.0 data rates, this cable is not intended for USB 3.x speeds; choose a USB 3.x cable if higher transfer rates are required.
