Varmepasta DeepCool Z3

Thermal paste DeepCool Z3 provides high thermal conductivity of 1.134 W/m·K in a compact 1.5 g blister pack, designed to improve heat transfer between CPU/GPU and cooler. The paste has a grey-silver color and is electrically non-conductive, making it safe for use on electronic components while enabling efficient heat dissipation.

Advantages

DeepCool Z3 delivers excellent thermal conductivity for improved cooling performance and is formulated to be electrically insulating to reduce the risk of short circuits. Its density and composition are compatible with most polished CPU coolers, allowing an even thermal interface and maximising heat transfer. The small 1.5 g package is easy to handle and suitable for single installations or maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Applying between CPU and air or liquid cooler
• Thermal interface for GPU heatsinks
• Building or upgrading gaming and desktop PCs
• Maintenance and re-application during system servicing

How to use

Clean the CPU or GPU heatspreader and the cooler contact surface from old thermal compound, dust and oils using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small pea-sized amount of DeepCool Z3 in the centre of the chip, then mount the cooler and secure it according to the cooler manufacturer’s instructions to spread the paste evenly. For larger heatspreaders or different mounting patterns, adjust the amount to ensure full coverage without overflow.

Recommendations

For best results, allow the system to run through a few thermal cycles (power on/off) after installation to let the paste settle. Reapply when removing or replacing the cooler, and avoid using metal tools that could damage contact surfaces. Store the product at room temperature and keep out of reach of children.
