Zebra P1083347-005 printhoved termodirekte

The Zebra P1083347-005 Thermal Transfer print head is designed for use in Zebra ZT510 series printers. It provides a print resolution of 203 x 203 DPI and is intended for thermal transfer label and tag printing where consistent line quality and edge definition are required. This component restores or maintains the printer's original thermal transfer performance and is compatible with media and ribbon combinations supported by the ZT510 platform.

Advantages

This print head delivers stable 203 x 203 DPI imaging suitable for barcodes, text and graphics commonly used in logistics, warehousing and retail. It is designed to integrate with the ZT510 thermal transfer mechanism to reduce registration errors and maintain uniform heat distribution across the print surface. Using a manufacturer-specific replacement print head helps preserve printhead alignment and can reduce downtime compared to extended troubleshooting of worn components.

Suitable for

• Printing shipping and inventory labels in warehouses
• Generating barcode labels for retail and point-of-sale operations
• Producing asset tags and identification labels in manufacturing
• On-demand label printing for logistics and distribution centers

Key specifications

• Printing technology: Thermal transfer
• Resolution: 203 x 203 DPI
• Compatible printer family: Zebra ZT510 series
• Use case: Label and tag printing for industrial and commercial environments

How to use

Power off the printer and follow the ZT510 service manual instructions for safe removal of the old print head. Handle the replacement print head by its casing to avoid touching the heat-sensitive element. Install the print head into the designated carriage and reconnect any connectors or springs exactly as shown in the printer documentation. After installation, perform a calibration and print test to confirm proper alignment, contrast and feed settings with the chosen media and ribbon combination.

Recommendations

Use compatible thermal transfer ribbons and label stock recommended for the ZT510 to prolong print head life. Regularly clean the platen roller and perform routine maintenance checks to remove dust and adhesive residues. Avoid printing at maximum heater settings for prolonged runs unless required for specific media; adjust darkness and speed to the minimum levels that achieve reliable print quality.
