Audioforstærker Omnitronic 80709721 Performance/Scene sort

The Omnitronic MPZ-180.6 ELA mixer amplifier in 19" format is designed for public address and ELA (electro-acoustic) sound reinforcement systems for both mobile and fixed installations. It provides six mixable inputs that accept up to three microphones and three line-level devices, and offers outputs for 70 V and 100 V constant-voltage speaker lines as well as for 4–16 Ω low-impedance loudspeakers. A line output is available for connecting an external device such as a mixing console.

Advantages

The unit combines mixer functionality with an integrated amplifier in a compact 19" housing, enabling flexible deployment in racks or stand-alone setups. Multiple output options (70 V, 100 V and 4–16 Ω) cover common ELA and low-impedance speaker configurations, while six mixable inputs allow simple routing and simultaneous connection of microphones and line-level sources. Zone outputs can be switched individually from the front panel to adapt coverage as required.

How to use

Install the MPZ-180.6 in a 19" rack or place it on a shelf in a secure, ventilated location. Connect microphones and line sources to the corresponding input channels and set input levels on the front panel. Choose the required speaker output mode (70 V, 100 V or low-impedance) and connect speakers using appropriate transformer taps or impedance-matched wiring. Use the front-panel zone switches to enable or disable individual zones, and route a line output to an external mixing console or recorder if needed. Adjust master and zone volume controls to achieve the desired coverage and level balance.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, ensure adequate ventilation around the 19" unit, use correct wiring and speaker taps for the chosen output (70 V/100 V or 4–16 Ω), and verify input gain staging to avoid clipping. Follow local regulations for paging and emergency audio systems when deploying multi-zone ELA installations.
