Bevægelsessensor infrarød sensor kabel loftsmontering Steinel 032845

The STEINEL 032845 is a wired ceiling-mounted infrared motion detector designed for installation in projecting roofs and suspended ceilings. It provides up to 4 metres reach and 360° coverage; the detection zone can be modified with supplied shrouds. The unit is available in white and includes mounting brackets for secure installation and reliable indoor motion detection.

Advantages

The infrared technology ensures precise motion detection while wired connection provides stable, continuous operation. A full 360° detection angle and up to 4 m range cover a wide area from a single ceiling mount. Adjustable detection zones using shrouds enable targeted coverage where needed. The compact ceiling design and included brackets simplify installation in suspended ceilings or projecting roofs.

How to use

Install the sensor into the ceiling using the supplied mounting brackets according to the mounting instructions. Configure the detection zone by fitting or removing the shrouds to limit coverage where necessary. Connect the sensor to the building wiring following local electrical regulations and the device wiring diagram. After power-up, test the detection area and adjust shrouds or sensor position to achieve the desired coverage.

Recommendations

Install at a central ceiling position for optimal 360° coverage and avoid mounting near heat sources, forced-air vents or direct sunlight to prevent false triggers. Use shrouds to mask sensitive areas and perform a walk-test after installation to confirm correct detection zones.
