How to use

Mount the sensor on the fixed frame and align the magnet or counterpart on the moving part of the door or window according to the manufacturer's alignment marks. Ensure the paired alarm panel or receiver is in learning or pairing mode and register the sensor using the system's enrollment procedure. After installation, perform an operational test by opening and closing the door or window to verify the RF signal is received and that status changes register correctly on the alarm system. Replace the CR2354 battery when the system indicates low battery status.

Recommendations

Install the sensor on clean, dry surfaces and avoid placing it where metal objects or thick frames may block RF signals. Position the magnet and sensor within the recommended gap specified by the alarm system to ensure reliable detection. Schedule periodic tests and inspect the battery state regularly to maintain continuous protection.
