Engangsørepropper 3M 1100C

The 3M 1100C disposable ear plug is designed to provide effective hearing protection in noisy environments while remaining comfortable for extended wear. These conical foam ear plugs expand to fit the ear canal and reduce ambient noise levels with a Single Number Rating (SNR) of 37 dB. Supplied in a bright orange color for visibility, the plugs are sold in a blister pack containing 10 pairs, making them suitable for short-term use, visitors, contractors, and workplaces requiring lightweight, disposable hearing protection.

Advantages

These disposable ear plugs combine high attenuation with soft, slow-recovery foam that conforms to the ear canal for a secure fit and reliable noise reduction. The bright orange colour improves visibility for safety checks and compliance, while the lightweight foam construction supports comfort during intermittent or continuous use. The blister pack of 10 pairs offers convenient, hygienic storage and straightforward distribution on site.

How to use

Roll the foam ear plug between thumb and forefinger to compress it to a narrow cylinder, then reach over the top of your head with the opposite hand to pull your ear up and back to straighten the ear canal. Insert the compressed plug gently into the ear canal and hold it in place for a few seconds to allow the foam to expand and create a seal. Check the fit by ensuring the plug is seated properly and that noise levels are reduced. Replace plugs after a single shift or sooner if they become dirty or damaged.

Recommendations

Use these ear plugs in accordance with your workplace hearing protection program. Verify fit and attenuation as part of routine safety checks, store unopened packs in a clean, dry place, and dispose of used plugs responsibly. If extended wear, unusual discomfort, or changes in hearing occur, consult a safety officer or medical professional.
