Key specifications

• Chain length: 400 mm
• Compatibility: Designed for use with Einhell chainsaw guide bars and models that accept a 400 mm chain
• Material: Hardened steel cutting teeth and riveted steel links
• Application: General wood cutting and maintenance tasks

How to use

Before installation, ensure the chainsaw is switched off, disconnected from power, and that the chain and bar are cool. Release bar tension and remove the bar cover according to the chainsaw manufacturer’s instructions. Fit the replacement chain onto the guide bar and engage it with the drive sprocket, ensuring the cutting teeth point forward on the top of the bar. Reinstall the bar cover, adjust chain tension to the manufacturer’s recommended specification, and verify correct alignment and lubrication before operation.

Recommendations

For long service life and safe operation, keep the chain properly tensioned and well-lubricated, sharpen teeth as needed, and inspect for damage or excessive wear before each use. Replace the chain if links are stiff, teeth are significantly worn, or if any damage compromises safe cutting. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow the chainsaw manufacturer’s safety guidelines during any maintenance or cutting tasks.
