How to use

Secure the workpieces to a stable surface and mark the biscuit positions where the joints will be made. Adjust the joiner fence to the desired cutting angle and set the required biscuit size according to the joint specification. Hold the tool firmly with both hands, bring the cutter to the marked position, and plunge to the preset depth to create the slot. Repeat the process on the mating piece, insert glue and biscuit, then clamp the assembly until the adhesive cures. Follow basic battery handling and safety instructions for cordless tools.

Recommendations

For consistent joint quality, use sharp, undamaged biscuits and clean the slots of dust before assembly. Match the biscuit size to the material thickness and allow adequate clamping time for glue to set. Wear eye and hearing protection during cutting and follow manufacturer guidance for battery charging and maintenance.
