The design focuses on simple operation and durability for both professional tilers and DIY users installing floor and wall coverings.

Advantages

The cutter offers a stable work surface and a guided scoring carriage that ensures straight, consistent scoring along the tile surface. Its manual operation requires no power source, making it portable and practical for use on job sites. The mechanics are straightforward, which simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. The unit's construction supports repeated use while maintaining alignment for accurate cuts.

Suitable for

• Cutting ceramic and porcelain tiles up to 60 cm in length
• On-site renovation and installation projects
• Floor and wall tile preparation
• Professional tilers and DIY home improvement tasks

Key specifications

• Cutting length: 60 cm
• Tile types supported: ceramic and porcelain
• Operation: manual, guided scoring system
• Design: rigid base with guided carriage for straight cuts
• Power: no electrical connection required

How to use

Place the tile on the cutter's base, aligning the desired cutting line with the scoring wheel and guided carriage. Apply steady pressure and draw the scoring wheel across the tile to create a continuous score. After scoring, apply firm and even pressure on the breaker handle or carriage to snap the tile along the scored line. For best results, ensure the tile is clean and free of debris and that the scoring wheel is in good condition.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves. Check the scoring wheel regularly for wear and replace it when scoring becomes inconsistent. For thicker or very hard porcelain tiles, perform a slower, firmer scoring pass or use multiple light scores to achieve a clean break. Store the cutter in a dry place and keep the base free of grit to maintain straight, repeatable cuts.
