How to use

Attach the headshell to the tonearm collar by sliding it into the tonearm socket and securing the locking collar according to the turntable manufacturer's procedure. Mount the phono cartridge to the headshell using the cartridge screws, connect the four lead wires to the cartridge pins following left/right and positive/negative color coding, and set the tonearm tracking force and anti-skate to the cartridge manufacturer's recommendations. Perform alignment using an alignment protractor or guideline to ensure correct overhang and azimuth before playing records.

Recommendations

Use appropriate cartridge screws and avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the cartridge body. Verify secure electrical contact at the headshell connector and check tracking force with a calibrated gauge to ensure consistent playback and prevent record wear.
