Kabeltrækstrømpe Cimco 142550

The Cable Puller-Feeder Cimco 142550 is a 20 m fiberglass rod designed for pulling cables through conduits and confined spaces. At 5.2 mm diameter, the rod combines flexibility and tensile strength to guide cables over longer runs while remaining easy to handle. Its silver and yellow color scheme improves visibility during installation and on busy job sites. The tool is suitable for electricians, installers and DIY users who need a reliable way to route single or small bundles of cable.

Advantages

The fiberglass construction provides a balance of stiffness and flexibility that helps navigate bends without kinking. Its 5.2 mm diameter offers good strength for medium-duty pulls while keeping the rod slim enough to pass through narrow conduits. The 20 m length allows work in longer runs without needing to join sections, and the bright coloring enhances visibility to reduce retrieval time. The product is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and does not conduct electricity, increasing safety when working near live circuits.

Suitable for

• Pulling electrical and communication cables through plastic or metal conduits
• Routing wiring in residential and commercial installations
• Accessing tight spaces, bends and ducts where flexibility is required
• DIY wiring projects and professional maintenance tasks

Key specifications

• Material: Fiberglass
• Length: 20 m
• Diameter: 5.2 mm
• Color: Silver and yellow
• Weight: Lightweight (easy to handle)
• Electrical properties: Non-conductive
• Resistance: Corrosion-resistant

How to use

Feed the rod through the conduit or duct until it reaches the destination point, then attach the cable securely to the end using a suitable connector or tape. Gently pull the rod back, guiding the cable through the conduit while avoiding sudden jerks or sharp bends that could damage the cable or the rod. For longer runs, advance the rod in stages and maintain steady tension on the cable to prevent snags. After use, clean any debris from the rod and rewind it for storage to preserve flexibility and prevent damage.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate work gloves to protect your hands during pulling operations. Avoid exposing the fiberglass rod to open flames or chemical solvents. Do not use the rod as a pry or lever; use it only for guiding and pulling cables. Inspect the rod before use for any signs of damage and replace if fractured or excessively worn.
