Klarsichtlommer Herlitz 05850508 A4

Herlitz 05850508 A4 sheet protectors are transparent polypropylene sleeves designed to fit standard A4 paper (210 x 297 mm). Each pack contains 50 single-sided pockets that shield documents from dirt, moisture and everyday wear while allowing clear visibility of contents. Compatible with ring binders, these sheet protectors maintain the appearance and legibility of invoices, reports, certificates and other important papers.

Advantages

These polypropylene sheet protectors offer tear-resistant, smooth surfaces that reduce the risk of creasing and smudging. Their transparency ensures documents are readable without removal, and the material resists moisture and staining. The sleeves are thin enough to keep binders compact yet durable enough for repeated handling, providing a balance between protection and usability.

Suitable for

• Archiving invoices, receipts and financial records
• Presentations and report folders
• School assignments, certificates and reference sheets
• Menus, instruction sheets and frequently consulted documents

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (210 x 297 mm) compatible
• Material: transparent polypropylene (PP)
• Quantity: 50 pockets per pack
• Orientation: single-sided sleeve (open on top or side depending on model)
• Compatibility: suitable for standard ring binders and lever arch files

How to use

Insert documents into the sleeve so that the printed side remains flat and fully visible through the transparent material. Place the open edge at the top or side as intended to prevent accidental removal; align the punched holes with your binder rings and close the binder to secure multiple protected sheets. For best results, avoid overfilling a single pocket and store binders upright to prevent warping.

Recommendations

To extend the life of both documents and sleeves, keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and avoid contact with solvents or inks that may transfer. Replace individual pockets when they show signs of wear to maintain a uniform appearance in archives and presentations.
