Koaksial-antennestikdåse ShiverPeaks BS83902-11

The ShiverPeaks BS83902-11 coaxial socket outlet provides a controlled 11 dB attenuation for inline signal adjustment and interference management in RF installations. Designed as a wall-mounted outlet, it accommodates standard coaxial connections and is intended for applications where moderate signal reduction is required to balance levels between devices or to protect sensitive equipment. The product comes as a single-piece pack and is compatible with typical household and professional coaxial setups.

Advantages

This coaxial socket outlet offers a fixed attenuation of 11 dB to help maintain consistent signal quality across connected devices. Its format is suitable for flush wall mounting and straightforward integration into existing cabling runs. The unit is designed for easy installation and reliable mechanical connection, minimizing signal loss beyond the specified attenuation value. The single-piece supply simplifies inventory and replacement tasks.

Suitable for

• Balancing signal levels between antenna feeds and receivers
• Reducing signal strength to prevent receiver overload
• Use in domestic and commercial TV and radio coaxial networks
• Installation in wall-mounted outlet panels and distribution points

Key specifications

• Fixed attenuation: 11 dB
• Connection type: coaxial socket outlet compatible with standard coax connectors
• Mounting style: flush wall-mounted outlet
• Supply quantity: 1 piece per pack
• Application: RF signal attenuation for TV/radio/distribution networks

How to use

Install the coaxial socket outlet in a suitable flush-mount box following local electrical and building regulations. Connect the incoming coaxial feed cable to the designated terminal and attach the downstream cable or device to the outlet's coaxial socket. Ensure all connections are secure and that cable shielding and center conductors are properly seated to maintain the specified 11 dB attenuation and prevent additional signal degradation. After installation, verify signal levels with appropriate measuring equipment and adjust the system as necessary.

Recommendations

Use this 11 dB outlet where moderate attenuation is needed to avoid receiver overload or to equalize levels across multiple receivers. Avoid placing the outlet in locations with excessive moisture or physical stress; follow standard grounding and shielding practices for coaxial installations. If precise level adjustments are required, measure signal strength before and after installation to confirm suitability.
