Kølesystemkomponent Alphacool 17228

The Alphacool 17228 is a compact cooling system part made from durable brass with a sleek black finish. With dimensions of 20mm width, 20mm depth and 27mm height and a lightweight construction of approximately 0.1 kg, this component is intended for use in computer cooling assemblies where small form factor and reliable metal construction are important. The part is suitable for integration into custom loop or replacement setups that require a robust brass element with corrosion-resistant surface treatment.

Advantages

The solid brass construction provides good mechanical strength and thermal stability while the black finish offers corrosion resistance and neutral aesthetics for exposed or internal mounting locations. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for tight layouts or systems with limited clearance. The low weight simplifies handling and installation without imposing significant load on brackets or tubing arrangements.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooling loops in desktop PCs
• Replacement or upgrade of small cooling components in compact builds
• Applications requiring a durable brass part with a discreet black appearance

How to use

Install the Alphacool cooling system part into the cooling loop or assembly following the system manufacturer's guidance for orientation and sealing. Ensure mating fittings, tubes or mounting points match the component's dimensions and material compatibility. Tighten connections to the specified torque for your fittings to avoid leaks or deformation of seals. After installation, perform a leak test on the cooling loop before powering the system and monitor for proper flow and temperature behavior.

Recommendations

For best results, combine this brass component with fittings and tubing designed for metal-to-plastic interfaces, avoid aggressive chemicals during maintenance, and follow standard corrosion-prevention practices such as using compatible coolants and periodic inspections.
