Advantages

This padlock combines a combination-style mechanism with a master keying option to provide flexible access control for multiple locks. Its 6.4 cm body and 7 mm shackle diameter offer a balance of portability and physical resistance suitable for everyday security needs. The two-tone finish in black and stainless steel resists visible wear and fits a range of applications while the pack of four ensures consistency across several locking points.

• Body width: 6.4 cm
• Shackle diameter: 7 mm
• Vertical clearance (shackle height): 2.5 cm
• Colour: black and stainless steel finish

How to use

Install the padlock by opening the shackle, placing it through the hasp, latch or chain link, and closing the shackle until it locks. Use the master key for authorized unlocking where required, or operate the combination-style mechanism according to the manufacturer's instructions for daily access. Check that the shackle is fully seated in the lock body after closing and verify proper engagement before leaving the secured item.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, inspect the padlocks periodically for signs of corrosion or wear, especially in outdoor or humid environments. Lubricate the locking mechanism occasionally with an appropriate graphite or light lock lubricant and avoid forcing the shackle to prevent damage. Choose mounting points that provide sufficient shackle clearance (minimum 2.5 cm) and consider grouping the set of four locks under the same master-key plan for simplified management.
