Krympestrømpe DeLOCK 19599

The DeLOCK 19599 heat shrink tube is made of durable polyolefin and is intended to insulate and protect cables, wire connections and grips. In bright yellow, the tubing allows easy identification and organization. When exposed to heat, the sleeve contracts to provide a close-fitting, protective covering that resists abrasion, moisture and many chemicals.

Advantages

This heat shrink tube offers reliable shrinkage to form a tight seal around cables, connectors or grips, improving mechanical protection and weather resistance. The polyolefin material ensures durability and good resistance to abrasion and common chemicals. The yellow colour supports fast visual identification in wiring bundles and installations.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting electrical wires and cable joints
• Providing a non-slip protective cover for tool handles, fitness equipment, tennis racket handles or fishing rods
• Colour-coding and organising wiring harnesses
• General strain relief and abrasion protection in electronics and automotive applications

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 19599
• EAN: 4043619195992
• Material: Polyolefin
• Product colour: Yellow
• Shrinkage ratio: 2:1 (contracts to approximately half the original diameter when heated)

How to use

Slide the heat shrink tube over the area to be protected—cable, connector or grip—so the sleeve covers the full length that requires insulation or protection. Apply heat evenly using a hot air gun or other suitable heat source until the tube uniformly contracts to a snug fit. Allow the tubing to cool and inspect the coverage to ensure a continuous seal and proper adhesion to the substrate.

Recommendations

For best results, choose a tube diameter that is sufficiently larger than the object before shrinking to ensure full coverage; heat uniformly to avoid overheating adjacent components. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow safety instructions for heat tools.
