Momentnøgle Bahco 74WR-400

The Bahco 74WR-400 torque wrench is a precision hand tool for controlled tightening where accurate torque values are required. With an operating range of 40–200 Nm and a reversible ratchet head, this torque wrench is designed to deliver repeatable torque application for automotive maintenance, mechanical assembly and industrial repair tasks. The construction combines a clear torque scale with a robust mechanism to provide consistent performance and long service life.

Advantages

The torque wrench offers a wide 40–200 Nm range suitable for many medium to heavy fastening jobs, and a reversible ratchet head that enables operation in tight spaces without repositioning. It features a clear torque-setting scale for straightforward adjustment and a durable build that resists wear under regular professional use. The tool’s calibration stability and tactile click response provide reliable confirmation when the preset torque is reached.

Suitable for

• Automotive wheel and engine component fastening
• Mechanical assembly and maintenance
• Industrial equipment servicing and repair
• Bicycle and motorcycle maintenance where medium to high torque is needed

Key specifications

• Torque range: 40–200 Nm
• Drive type: reversible ratchet head
• Adjustment: manual torque setting with graduated scale
• Operation: click-style torque indication
• Construction: metal alloy body with corrosion-resistant finish

How to use

Select the required torque value using the graduated scale, then lock the setting if the tool has a locking feature. Fit the appropriate socket onto the reversible ratchet head and place it on the fastener. Apply steady force until the wrench emits the click indicating the preset torque is reached; stop applying force at that point to avoid over-tightening. If reversing direction is necessary, change the ratchet direction and repeat the procedure for subsequent fasteners.

Recommendations

For accurate results, have the torque wrench calibrated periodically according to usage frequency and manufacturer guidance. Store the tool at its lowest torque setting when not in use and avoid using it as a breaker bar. Use sockets that match the fastener to prevent rounding and ensure consistent torque transfer.
