Momentnøgle Bahco 74WR-200

The Bahco 74WR-200 torque wrench is a high-precision hand tool designed to apply controlled torque between 40 and 200 Nm. Built with durable materials and an engineered reversible ratchet mechanism, this wrench delivers consistent torque settings for tightening bolts and fasteners where accuracy is required. The instrument is calibrated for repeatable results and suited to professional environments where torque control affects safety and mechanical performance.

Advantages

The tool provides a wide operational range from 40 to 200 Nm to cover medium to heavy-duty fastening tasks. Its reversible ratchet head simplifies directional changes without removing the tool from the fastener, improving workflow efficiency. The construction combines a robust handle and precise internal mechanism to withstand regular use while maintaining calibration stability over time.

Suitable for

• Automotive assembly and repair work that requires precise torque application
• Industrial maintenance tasks involving machinery bolting and drivetrain components
• Workshop settings where repeatable torque settings and tool durability are needed

Key specifications

• Torque range: 40–200 Nm
• Drive type: square drive with reversible ratchet mechanism
• Construction: durable steel components with ergonomic handle
• Calibration: precision torque calibration for accurate settings
• Operation: manual torque setting with audible or tactile click at set value

How to use

Select the required torque value within the 40–200 Nm range, set the wrench to the desired value according to the scale on the handle, and ensure the setting is locked if applicable. Place the square drive on the socket, apply steady force in the intended direction using the reversible ratchet head as needed, and stop applying force when the wrench indicates the target torque. After use, return the setting to the lowest value where recommended for storage to reduce stress on the internal mechanism and help maintain calibration.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, have the torque wrench periodically checked and recalibrated according to usage frequency. Use appropriate sockets that fully engage the fastener and avoid applying extensions or cheater bars which can alter torque delivery. Store the wrench in a protective case and avoid dropping or exposing it to corrosive environments to prolong service life.
