Sideskærer Cimco 10 0030

The Cimco 10 0030 diagonal pliers are precision cutting tools constructed from durable stainless steel and fitted with an ergonomic black and red handle. At 160 mm overall length, these diagonal cutters combine compact size with reliable cutting performance for a range of light-to-medium duty tasks. The cutting edges are ground to provide clean shears of wire and small components while the insulated-style handle offers comfortable grip and control during repetitive use.

Advantages

These diagonal pliers deliver consistent cutting force thanks to hardened and ground jaws that maintain sharpness over time. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and ensures stability under mechanical stress. The handle shape and material improve user comfort and reduce hand fatigue, while the 160 mm length balances reach and maneuverability for work in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Cutting copper, aluminum and soft steel wires
• Electronics assembly and maintenance
• Electrical and cable work in tight spaces
• Hobby and model-making tasks requiring precise trims

Key specifications

• Tool type: diagonal (side-cutting) pliers
• Material: stainless steel cutting head
• Overall length: 160 mm
• Handle: ergonomic black and red grip
• Cutting capability: suitable for soft and medium-hard wires

How to use

Position the wire as close as possible to the cutting edge for a clean cut, applying steady pressure on the handles until the material is severed. For electrical work, ensure the conductor is de-energized before cutting. Use the pliers for cutting tasks within their intended strength range—avoid cutting hardened steel, piano wire or nails to prevent damage to the cutting edges. After use, clean residues from the jaws and store the tool in a dry place to maintain performance.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the cutting edges for nicks and, if needed, have the tool serviced or replaced to preserve cutting quality. Apply a light protective oil to the joint and cutting surfaces periodically to prevent corrosion and ensure smooth operation.
