Sidetang Cimco 100652

Cimco 100652 diagonal pliers are compact cutting pliers designed for precision work in confined spaces. With an overall length of 160 mm and cutting capability for pipes or tubes up to 2.5 mm in diameter, these diagonal pliers are intended for tasks requiring accurate, clean cuts. The tool features a two-tone black and red ergonomic handle that provides a secure grip and helps control during delicate cutting operations.

Advantages

The diagonal pliers provide precise cutting performance in a small form factor, allowing access to narrow areas and tight assemblies. The ergonomic handle reduces hand fatigue and improves grip security, while the hardened cutting edges deliver consistent, burr-minimized cuts on soft metal wires and small tubes. Their 160 mm length balances reach and maneuverability for work in electronics, wiring harnesses, and maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Cutting thin wires and small diameter tubes (up to 2.5 mm)
• Electrical and electronics assembly and repair
• Precision trimming and component work in tight spaces
• General workshop and maintenance tasks where compact cutting tools are needed

Key specifications

• Tool type: diagonal cutting pliers
• Overall length: 160 mm
• Maximum pipe/tube cutting diameter: 2.5 mm
• Handle: ergonomic, two-tone black and red
• Intended materials: soft metal wires, small tubes and similar materials

How to use

Position the jaws of the diagonal pliers around the material to be cut, ensuring the section is within the specified 2.5 mm maximum diameter. Apply firm, steady pressure to the handles until the cutting edges close through the material. For repeated cuts, keep the cutting edges clean and avoid cutting hardened steel or materials above the intended diameter to prevent damage. Use the ergonomic handle to maintain a controlled grip and reduce slippage during operation.

Recommendations

Use the pliers for soft metal wires and small tubes up to the specified 2.5 mm diameter. Avoid cutting hardened wire, nails, or materials exceeding the recommended diameter. Store in a dry place and occasionally apply light lubrication to the pivot joint to maintain smooth operation.
