Trådforbindelse DeLOCK 86451 RJ-45 transparent

The DeLOCK 86451 RJ-45 wire connector is a transparent RJ45 plug designed for reliable and efficient network connections. Manufactured from durable polycarbonate, the compact connector (14 mm × 22.2 mm × 11.7 mm) allows the conductor pairs to remain twisted close to the contact area, improving signal performance. Each pack contains 20 transparent connectors suitable for creating or repairing Ethernet cables when used with a matching Crimp+Cut tool.

Advantages

The transparent housing provides clear visibility of the conductor arrangement and contact points, which simplifies correct wiring and inspection. The Crimp+Cut design lets the wires be led out to the front so wiring order can be checked before crimping; excess cable ends are removed simultaneously during crimping, saving time. Because the pairs stay twisted close to the connector, the electrical performance is preserved compared with standard end terminations.

Suitable for

• Creating or repairing Ethernet patch cables (RJ-45)
• Field installations where visual inspection of conductor order is needed
• Bulk wiring tasks requiring multiple connectors (pack of 20)

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to the required length and arrange the individual conductors in the correct wiring order. Insert the wires through the front of the transparent DeLOCK 86451 plug so the conductor order can be verified visually. Place the connector into the compatible Crimp+Cut tool and perform a single crimp action: the tool will make contact with all conductors simultaneously and cut off the excess cable ends. After crimping, verify the wiring and test the cable with appropriate network testing equipment.

Recommendations

For best results, use the DeLOCK 86451 RJ-45 connectors only with a compatible Crimp+Cut tool and for cables that match the intended Ethernet category. Visually confirm the conductor order before crimping and perform a continuity/test check after installation.
