Trådforbindelse LogiLink MP0057 Cat.6A Cat.7 Cat.7A Metallic

LogiLink MP0057 wire connector is a field-assembly RJ45 connector compatible with Cat.6A, Cat.7 and Cat.7A cables. The slim, metallic straight-form connector is designed for quick on-site termination without special tools and weighs 33 g. Its inner diameter of 8.5 mm and outer diameter of 1.45 cm provide a secure fit for individual connectors supplied per pack.

Advantages

The metallic, shielded construction supports improved protection against EMI and is suitable for high-speed Ethernet classes up to Cat.7A. The slim design simplifies installation in tight spaces and the field-assembly feature enables fast termination without requiring specialized crimping tools or advanced technician skills.

Suitable for

• On-site termination of Cat.6A, Cat.7 and Cat.7A cables
• Industrial or commercial network installations with limited space
• Small projects or single-cable repairs where individual connectors are needed

Key specifications

• Model: LogiLink MP0057
• Compatible cable categories: Cat.6A, Cat.7, Cat.7A
• Connector type: Field assembly RJ45, straight
• Shielding: Metallic, shielded
• Weight: 0.033 kg (33 g)
• Inner diameter: 8.5 mm
• Outer diameter: 1.45 cm
• Packaging: 1 connector per pack

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket to expose the twisted pairs and trim to the required length. Insert the wires according to the appropriate wiring scheme for the chosen Ethernet standard, push the conductor assembly into the field-assembly connector until it seats firmly, and secure the outer shell as designed by the connector. No special crimping tool is required; follow the connector’s mechanical locking procedure to ensure reliable contact.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the connector with properly rated Cat.6A–Cat.7A cable and maintain recommended bend radii. Verify continuity and shielding after assembly with appropriate network testers, and avoid excessive mechanical stress on the terminated connector.
