TSC printer skæremodul

For high-volume label production that demands clean separation, this TSC cutter module brings automated guillotine cutting directly to your industrial printer. Unlike manual cutters or tear-off methods, it delivers precise full or partial cuts on demand, handling media up to 118 mm wide and as thin as 0.06 mm. Built for the TSC MH240, MX240P, and TTP-2410M series, it installs in minutes without external power—just connect internally and update firmware. The high-grade steel blade is rated for 500,000 cuts on paper and 200,000 on synthetic materials, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments. Whether you’re producing shipping labels, product tags, or wristbands, this module turns your printer into a complete label finishing system.

Highlights

• Guillotine cutter with selectable full or partial cut for flexible label output
• Supports media widths up to 118 mm and thickness from 0.06 mm to 0.25 mm
• Compatible with TSC industrial printers: MH240, MX240P, TTP-2410M series
• Long blade life: 500,000 cuts (paper) / 200,000 cuts (synthetic)
• User-installable with integrated safety guard and automatic blade retraction
• Powered by host printer—no external power supply required

In daily use

After each print job or batch, the cutter automatically separates labels, tags, or continuous media. The partial-cut option leaves a small uncut portion, keeping labels on the liner for easy peeling, while full cut completely detaches each piece. The blade retracts when not in use, reducing risk and wear. Installation is straightforward: attach the module to the printer’s front, connect the internal cable, and update firmware. The cutter operates quietly and reliably within 5°C to 40°C and up to 85% non-condensing humidity, making it suitable for warehouses, logistics hubs, and manufacturing floors.
